The application of the contracted cab. To allow all the actors of the medical transport to work more efficiently by guaranteeing independence, efficiency and transparency. The main product is the software for independent cabs. A mobile application set up to facilitate and simplify the long administrative steps related to the telepayment of social security.

My mission at Caree took place over two years. When I arrived in the structure, the product was in the course of ideation and production for some sections. I jumped on the bandwagon and got involved in the world of medical cabs. The need being identified before my arrival, my objective during these two years was to build a coherent and performing mobile environment close to the user's needs. To do this, I had to redesign the UX of the application and rethink the UI to support the information architecture and navigation within the application.
I was responsible for producing high-fidelity mockups for the application, translating the complex needs of taxi drivers into intuitive and functional interfaces. My main goal was to simplify the drivers’ daily management tasks while providing a smooth user journey. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, I designed clear and ergonomic screens for managing billing, scheduling, and real-time rides. This work played a key role in quickly validating concepts with developers and end users.
Optimizing the App with Drivers
I organized and conducted user testing sessions with a panel of conventionally licensed taxi drivers to evaluate the app’s effectiveness and usability. These sessions helped identify pain points in the user journey, such as navigating between features or understanding specific interactions. The feedback collected allowed me to refine the interfaces based on the drivers’ real needs, enhancing both their satisfaction and adoption of the product. This user-centered approach ensured the delivery of a solution truly tailored to their expectations.
Building a Solid Foundation for a Cohesive Experience
In this project, on of my task was to design a robust design system that ensured a seamless and efficient user experience. I structured a comprehensive library of reusable components, typography, and color palettes tailored to the needs of conventionally licensed taxi drivers. This work ensured visual consistency across all app pages while reducing the development time for future features. The design system was also clearly documented to facilitate its use by the entire team.
