My mission for OClick takes place over a period of three months. I was brought on board with a well-defined project brief. Initially, the client aimed to develop an internal solution for their organization. The primary objective was to support their clients by streamlining interactions between restaurant owners and product suppliers. The key requirement for this product was to design a concept that would facilitate order management and the seamless exchange of precise information between both parties.

Using a user-centered approach, I designed intuitive user journeys, allowing professionals in the food industry to efficiently manage their orders and communications.
