Verify is Synaps' B2B SaaS for identity verification, deployed in white-label across twenty client platforms in fundraising and token sales. This case study focuses on the redesign of the Face Recognition step, the highest drop-off point in the flow and the sharpest design problem in my time on the product.

Manager was Synaps' internal tool our team configured client verification flows from briefs and calls. As clients scaled, the model broke: response times stretched, clients waited. We decided to ship Manager as a user-facing SaaS so clients could own their flows. This case study focuses on the onboarding path: from sign-up to first published KYC flow without contacting our team.

Anima was a Web3 dApp built around Proof of Personhood a cryptographic proof that a user is a unique human, minted as a Soulbound NFT. Initially a pure verification product, it evolved into a gamified ecosystem of quests across partner protocols. This case study focuses on its unified economy: quests generate reputation, converted to tokens through Bid-to-Earn weekly auctions, with staking closing the loop.

In July 2024, I took ownership of Synaps' Design System already in place since 2023, but suffering from drift between design and code. Over the following year, I migrated it to a token-driven architecture split across two libraries: Foundations (primitives, semantic tokens, three brand themes) and Arcane (the shared component library). The system served seven products across three brand identities.
